Fix shell code blocks in README

The correct code blocks for the shell command code blocks in the README file is `shell` (or `bash`). `console` is for interactive sessions, when it contains inputs and outputs. See [this file](https://github.com/github-linguist/linguist/blob/main/lib/linguist/languages.yml)
